Ingredients:
  • 3 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 48.80 gm Worcestershire sauce (Holbrooks brand)
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
Instructions:
  • In a medium heavy-based saucepan, warm olive oil and combine onions and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer gently for 15 minutes until onions are tender. Stir in brown sugar and cook for another 5 minutes until onions caramelize. Allow to cool.
