Reindeer and snowman bark

Create festive reindeer and snowman chocolate bark with the help of your little kitchen helpers.
Ingredients:
  • 250g dark chocolate melts or milk chocolate melts
  • 1 orange licorice allsort
  • 9 white marshmallows, halved crossways
  • 1 pretzel stick, cut into 1cm lengths
  • 12 blue M&M’s
  • 6 red M&M’s
  • 12 mini pretzels
  • 20.00 ml chocolate sprinkles
  • Dark chocolate writing icing, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large baking tray by lining it with baking paper. Melt the chocolate by placing it in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir with a metal spoon for 5 minutes until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Slice the orange portion of the licorice allsort into long triangles to create carrot noses.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate onto the lined tray and spread evenly into a 25cm x 35cm rectangle. Create snowmen by placing marshmallows cut-side down on the chocolate, and add pretzel arms. Press licorice triangles into the marshmallows for noses, then place M&M's and whole pretzels for reindeer faces. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top and use icing to pipe eyes for the snowmen and reindeer. Allow to set for 30 minutes before breaking into large pieces.
