Creamy coleslaw with sweet-tart dressing made with buttermilk, mayo, lemon juice, and vinegar.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup buttermilk
  • 2.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1.5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
Instructions:
  • Combine mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • In a spacious bowl, mix coleslaw and onion. Pour the creamy mayonnaise blend over and stir until evenly coated. Refrigerate for 1 hour before enjoying.
