Ingredients:
  • 5 pounds pork spareribs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup hoisin sauce
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil the ribs in water for 45 minutes until tender. 2. Combine ketchup, sugar, salt, garlic, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce for a flavorful marinade. 3. Pour the marinade over the ribs in a dish and refrigerate overnight. 4. Bake or grill the ribs for half an hour until perfectly cooked.
