Elevate your sandwich game with a gourmet roast beef deli sandwich topped with creamy hummus, tangy parmesan, and crisp green beans.
Ingredients:
  • 125g green beans, halved lengthways
  • 8 thick slices crusty bread, toasted
  • 150g Red Rock Deli roasted red capsicum, pecorino, cashews and basil dip
  • 160g hommus
  • 75g watercress
  • 400g roast beef or pastrami, shaved
  • 20g parmesan
Instructions:
  • In a heatproof bowl, add the beans and cover them with boiling water. Let them sit for 5 minutes, or until tender, then drain well.
  • Arrange the toast on plates, then evenly spread with dip and hummus. Top with beans, watercress, beef, and parmesan. Serve promptly.
