Elegant maple-glazed pork loin with a tangy Dijon mustard, soy, and cider vinegar glaze for special occasions.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 cup real maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 2.5 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while you place the pork roast in a shallow roasting pan.
  • Combine maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then generously spread the mixture over the pork roast.
  • Roast the pork in the hot oven until it's slightly pink in the center, for around 1 hour. Use an instant-read thermometer to make sure it reaches at least 145°F (63°C). Take it out of the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
