Impress with quick & easy strawberry compote on waffles anytime!
Ingredients:
  • 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 42.90 gm honey
  • 21.00 gm fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • Waffles, toasted to serve
  • Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan forced, then spread the strawberries in a baking dish.
  • Mix the honey, orange juice, and vanilla seeds with the bean. Pour over the strawberries. Roast for 15 minutes until the strawberries are tender. Serve over waffles with generous dollops of thick Greek yogurt.
