Ingredients:
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite size pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and elegantly line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and garlic in a bowl. Toss in the cauliflower until well coated, then spread the mixture on the lined baking sheet.
