Garlic and rosemary roasted pork loin with white wine pan sauce is an impressive and flavorful main course.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 cup white wine
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine garlic, fragrant rosemary, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of pepper in a mortar and pestle and crush into a flavorful paste.
  • Using a sharp knife, puncture the meat in multiple spots and stuff garlic paste into the incisions. Then, coat the pork loin with the remaining garlic mixture and olive oil before placing it in an oven-safe pan.
  • Roast the pork loin in the oven, basting every 30 minutes, until fully cooked, about 90 minutes to 2 hours. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Transfer to a platter and keep warm before serving.
  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat, then add the wine. Stir and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes to deglaze the pan.
  • Slice the succulent pork loin and elegantly drizzle with the flavorful pan juices before serving.
