Whip up quick and delicious rosemary Parmesan biscuits for a savory cheesy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 100g butter, chopped
  • 100g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 20.00 ml rosemary leaves, roughly chopped
  • 187.50 ml plain flour
Instructions:
  • Combine butter, parmesan, rosemary, flour, salt, and pepper in a food processor until a dough forms.
  • Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and shape it into a 15cm disc. Wrap with greaseproof paper and chill for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  • Flatten dough between two sheets of baking paper to 0.5cm thickness. Cut out circles using a 5cm round biscuit cutter, reusing any leftover dough. Repeat until all dough is used up.
  • Bake biscuits until light golden brown for 6 to 8 minutes. Allow them to cool on trays for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
