Candied rosemary cashews - a delicious sweet and savory treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups unsalted cashews
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spread cashews on a baking sheet.
  • Cook until perfectly heated through in the preheated oven, approximately 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine rosemary, margarine, brown sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper, stirring well.
  • Toss warm cashews in the rosemary mixture until evenly coated. Serve warm or let cool to room temperature.
