Delightful salmon cheese ball appetizer, can swap parsley with chopped nuts for extra crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, onion, horseradish, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl until well mixed. Add salmon and mix evenly. Shape into a ball and coat with parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
