Indulge in a savory salmon and cream cheese ball with a crunchy walnut and parsley coat, spiked with zesty horseradish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (7 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, green onions, horseradish, salt, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Shape the mixture into a ball, wrap it in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.
  • Combine walnuts and fresh parsley on a large piece of wax paper. Roll the ball in the mixture until well coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
