Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 can (14 3/4 oz) salmon, drained, skin and bones removed, flaked
  • 2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 1 1/2 slices bread)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl until fully combined. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until combined. Add the remaining ingredients (excluding oil) and mix well. Form the mixture into 4 patties, each about 4 inches in diameter.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for about 8 minutes, flipping once, until they are golden brown. Serve with sauce.
