Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 0.75 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 onion, sliced
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Combine salmon, oats, onion, egg, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Pan-fry salmon patties until heated through, about 7 minutes per side.
