Quickly prepare delicious salmon dill pasta salad with creamy dressing. Delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cavatappi pasta
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped celery
  • 6 ounces cooked and chilled salmon, flaked into bite-sized chunks
Instructions:
  • Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook the cavatappi pasta until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and let it cool.
  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, dill, white wine vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and lemon zest and whisk until smooth.
  • Combine pasta and celery in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle dressing mixture over and toss to coat. Add salmon pieces and gently fold in. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
