Try this Danish-inspired kale snack for New Year's Eve luck, paired with a festive cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 12 large whole kale leaves (200g)
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions:
  • - Preheat the oven to 200ºC/gas 6. - Rinse and dry the kale leaves, remove most of the center stalk, leaving long, thin pieces. - Toss kale in oil, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and ½ tablespoon of sea salt. - Arrange in a single layer on baking trays and bake for 5 minutes until crisp. - Cool on a rack before serving.
