Try this sensational salt and pepper pork for a show-stopping dish!
Ingredients:
  • 32.50 gm rice flour
  • 10.00 gm all-purpose spicy seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1kg pork rib
  • Peanut oil, for shallow-frying
  • 65.63 gm soy sauce
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • Thinly sliced green onions, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, seasoning, and pepper. Add the pork and toss until evenly coated.
  • In a deep frying pan over medium heat, sizzle pork in batches for 3 to 4 minutes per side until beautifully browned and fully cooked (watch out for oil splatters).
  • Combine the umami-rich soy sauce with zesty lemon juice in a bowl. Layer the flavorful pork with onion and serve alongside the tantalizing soy sauce mixture.
