Refreshing summer dessert for Magazine's 50th issue.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large chunks of fresh watermelon aprrox 150g, plus extra to garnish
  • 1 lime
  • 50 ml ginger syrup
  • 300 ml Bacardi Carta Blanco
  • Martini Prosecco
  • ice cubed
  • watermelon segment
Instructions:
  • - Place watermelon chunks in a jug. - Pour in lime juice, ginger syrup, and muddle the mixture to bring out the flavors. - Stir in Bacardi Superior rum. - Fill the jug with ice cubes and top it off with Martini Prosecco. - Fill glasses with ice, pour in the cocktail, and garnish with a watermelon segment and straw before serving.
