30-minute Santa Christmas cookies - quick and delightful dessert!
Ingredients:
  • Betty Crocker™ red gel food color
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla frosting (from 16-oz. can)
  • 12 (2 1/2-inch-square) graham crackers
  • 1 cup (about 75) miniature marshmallows, halved crosswise
  • 6 small red gumdrops, halved crosswise
  • 24 Betty Crocker™ red cinnamon decors
Instructions:
  • Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with waxed paper. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 teaspoon of red food coloring with 1/4 cup of frosting until well blended. In another bowl, mix a small amount of red food coloring with the remaining 1 cup of frosting until well blended.
  • Frost 1 inch of one corner of each cracker with dark red frosting to create Santa's hat, then add 1 marshmallow piece as the pom-pom.
  • Spread the remaining crackers with pink frosting. Arrange marshmallow pieces on two sides to create a beard. Place a gumdrop for the nose and cinnamon candies for the eyes. Transfer to a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
