Simplify your meal with a delicious 6-ingredient creamy sausage and broccoli pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 350g rigatoni pasta
  • 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
  • 4 Pork Sausages
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 25g parmesan
Instructions:
  • Boil the pasta in a large saucepan following package instructions until al dente. Add broccoli for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain, saving 1/2 cup (125ml) of cooking liquid.
  • First, take off the casings from the sausages. Then, in a large non-stick frying pan over high heat, cook the sausage meat, breaking it into lumps with a wooden spoon, until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Next, add the tomatoes and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Pour in the cream and bring it to a boil. Finally, add the pasta and reserved cooking liquid, toss to combine, and season to taste.
  • Divide evenly into serving bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
