Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
Instructions:
  • Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Mix in the margarine until well blended, then stir in the flour until the mixture is thick and pasty.
  • Lower the heat to medium-low and drizzle in the milk gradually, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and bubbles to your liking. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
