Spicy jalapeno poppers filled with creamy sausage and cheese, wrapped in savory bacon. Perfect for any gathering. Secure with toothpicks before baking.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (12 ounce) packages ground sausage
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 30 jalapeno chile peppers
  • 1 pound sliced bacon, cut in half
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a spacious deep skillet, add the ground sausage. Brown evenly over medium-high heat.
  • After draining the sausage, combine it with the creamy cream cheese in a lovely medium bowl.
  • Slice jalapenos lengthwise and remove seeds. Fill each jalapeno half with sausage and cream cheese mixture. Wrap with bacon slices and secure with toothpicks.
  • Place the bacon-wrapped jalapenos in a spacious baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is uniformly browned.
