Transform frozen ravioli into a flavorful Italian casserole with gooey Swiss cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (25 oz) frozen Italian-style sausage-filled ravioli, thawed
  • 1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/8-inch slices (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (2 1/2 oz)
  • 1 jar (26 oz) roasted tomato and garlic pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and Italian seasoning, in a large bowl. Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish. Top with cheese and Italian seasoning before baking.
  • Bake until hot and bubbly, about 40-50 minutes.
