Savory pork sausage and seasoned stuffing mix rolled into irresistible baked appetizer balls.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
  • 0.75 cup hot water
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect bake.
  • Combine herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix with hot water in a medium bowl. Blend in pork, then mix in onion, celery, egg, and baking powder until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a large baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and increase oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). Bake for an additional 25 minutes until golden brown.
