Sautéed radish greens with garlic, butter, olive oil, and feta - a peppery and delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 medium purple radishes, sliced
  • 1 bunch radish greens, washed and chopped
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and olive oil. Stir in garlic and cook until softened and fragrant, about 1 minute. Add radish slices and sauté to enhance their sweetness for 1 to 2 minutes. Toss in greens and cook until wilted for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Take the pan off the stove and gently fold in the feta cheese.
