Delicious skillet burgers with beef, sun-dried tomatoes, and goat cheese - perfect for gatherings!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon oil, or as needed
  • 1.25 pounds lean ground beef
  • 0.5 cup egg whites
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped and drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3 ounces crumbled goat cheese, or more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons liquid hickory smoke seasoning
Instructions:
  • Drizzle a touch of oil in a spacious skillet and place it over gentle heat.
  • Combine ground beef, egg whites, sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, sea salt, steak seasoning, and parsley in a large bowl. Form mixture into 5 delicious burger patties.
  • Place patties in a hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Increase heat to medium-high, cover, and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until burgers are juicy and reach an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). Finish by topping with liquid hickory smoke seasoning.
