Delicious skillet burgers ready in 30 minutes with savory seasoning, no grill required.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Shape the ground beef into 4 perfectly sized burgers.
  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Cook burgers until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes per side.
  • Lower the heat to medium. Sprinkle half of the salt and half of the pepper over the burgers, flip them, and cook for 6 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining salt and pepper, flip again, and cook for another 6 minutes.
  • Drizzle half of the Worcestershire sauce over the burgers, then flip and cook for about 2 minutes. Drizzle the remaining sauce and continue cooking for another 2 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
