Layer cubed ham, creamed corn, and mashed potatoes in a casserole dish. Bake, top with butter, and broil for a golden finish. Delicious ham and corn pie ready in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound cooked ham, cut into one inch cubes
  • 2 (14.75 ounce) cans creamed corn
  • 7 potatoes - peeled, boiled and mashed
  • 0.25 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer the ham and corn. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Top with mashed potatoes and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Serve hot.
  • Preheat the oven to the "broil" setting. Place butter or margarine on top of the potatoes, then broil the pie until it's golden brown on top, for approximately 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
