Create a delicious breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs and fresh chives for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 126.25 gm cream
  • 20g butter
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • 250.00 ml grated tasty cheese
  • 6 Roma tomatoes, quartered
  • 10 round Soft Wraps
  • 12 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan-forced) and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Bake the tomatoes on the tray for 30 minutes. Warm the wraps in foil in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Combine eggs and cream, then generously season with salt and pepper. In a heavy-based saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter until foamy. Gently stir in the egg mixture for approximately 5 minutes until almost cooked. Fold in chives, then transfer the creamy eggs to a warm serving bowl.
  • Present the dish with warm wraps and roasted tomatoes and cheese on the side for a customizable wrap assembly experience for your guests.
