Irresistible seafood skillet dip featuring cream cheese, shrimp, crab, salmon, and Colby-Jack cheese baked to perfection. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or toasted bread.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 6 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such asOld Bay™), divided
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 8 ounces fresh jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 (4 ounce) can pink salmon, drained
  • 3 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) while heating a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
  • In a skillet, sauté onion in olive oil with shrimp and Old Bay seasoning until shrimp start turning pink, approximately 2 minutes per side. Remove skillet from heat, chop the cooked shrimp once it has cooled down, and set it aside.
  • Whip cream cheese in a bowl until velvety. Mix in horseradish, remaining 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, 1 cup Colby-Jack cheese, chopped shrimp, cooked onions, salmon, and crabmeat until thoroughly blended.
  • Return the mixture to the skillet, ensuring it is evenly spread out. Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese on top.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is melted and turns golden brown, approximately 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with sourdough bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.
