Simplify dinner with juicy roasted chicken breasts seasoned with olive oil and herbs, paired with quick sautéed veggies or potatoes. Perfect for busy weeknights and easily customizable for endless meals.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lb)
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and use cooking spray to grease a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Brush oil on both sides of the chicken and season both sides with the remaining ingredients before placing it in the baking dish.
  • Bake until chicken's juices run clear and thickest part reaches 165°F, about 25 to 35 minutes.
