Delicious Serbian-style grilled sausages made with a blend of pork, beef, and lamb, seasoned with garlic, black pepper, and cayenne.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground pork
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 0.5 pound ground lamb
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Assemble all ingredients.
  • Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, ground beef, ground lamb, and egg white.
  • Combine garlic, black pepper, salt, baking soda, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Use your hands to mix thoroughly and shape into 3/4-inch thick finger-length sausages.
  • Grill sausages until fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C), about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
