Classic Serbian salad with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and banana pepper, dressed with olive oil and salt.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup red tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 0.5 cup cubed cucumber
  • 0.25 cup diced red onion
  • 0.25 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 banana pepper, sliced into 1/4 inch rings
  • parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a big bowl, mix together tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and stir well. Season with salt to taste. Top with banana pepper slices and garnish with parsley.
