Sesame, prawn and noodle broth

Whip up a quick and delicious Asian prawn noodle soup!
Ingredients:
  • 1500.00 gm water
  • 1020.00 gm (1 litre) chicken style liquid stock
  • 2 x 100g packets Instant, Sesame Oil Flavour noodle soups
  • 1kg medium green prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined
  • 80g baby spinach leaves, trimmed
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, bring water and stock to a boil over high heat.
  • Once the stock reaches a boil, add the noodles. Let it come back to a boil, then lower the heat to medium and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the soup and sesame oil sachets along with the prawns. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the prawns turn pink. Stir in the spinach and cook for another minute until it wilts slightly. Serve hot.
