Sesame beef and noodle stir-fry

Whip up a quick and delicious beef and noodle stir-fry in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 60ml soy sauce
  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 750g Graze Grass-Fed Beef Rump Steak, thinly sliced
  • 200g cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bunch broccolini, cut into 3cm lengths
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch pak choy, trimmed, leaves separated
  • 12.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Prepare the noodles according to package instructions and ensure thorough draining.
  • In a small jug, blend together the sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  • Heat peanut oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat, then stir-fry one-third of the beef until browned, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining beef in 2 batches.
  • Stir-fry mushroom and broccolini stems for 3 mins in the wok or pan. Add beef, soy sauce mixture, broccolini florets, spring onion, pak choy, and noodles. Stir-fry for 2 mins until heated through. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
