Sesame Oil Chicken Wings

Delicious sesame chicken wings glazed with soy sauce and sesame oil, perfect for a full meal with your favorite veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1.25 cups water
  • 10 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup sesame oil
  • 1 dash sesame oil
Instructions:
  • Cut chicken wings into bite-sized pieces. Mix chicken, water, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, garlic, and green onion in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Drizzle in 1/4 cup of fragrant sesame oil and gently simmer over low heat for an additional 15 minutes. Just before serving, briefly bring the mixture to a boil and finish with a hint of sesame oil. Remove from heat, allow to cool, and enjoy.
