Whip up a flavorful Asian BBQ dish with simple pantry ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml tamari (wheat-free soy sauce)
  • 22.20 gm tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 12.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 4 (about 180g each) pork loin cutlets, excess fat trimmed
  • Olive oil spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan to medium-high heat. Mix honey, tamari, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, coriander, and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Place pork in a large glass or ceramic dish, pour over the honey mixture, coat the meat, and let it sit for 5 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  • Take the pork out of the bowl and set aside the marinade. Spritz the pork with olive oil spray and grill each side for 5 minutes. Lower the heat to medium, continue grilling, and baste with the reserved marinade for an additional 5 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  • Arrange the wombok with bacon & green beans on serving plates. Garnish with sesame pork and serve hot.
