Quick and delicious shortbread crust, perfect for peach pie.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, beat butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Mix flour and baking powder; add to butter mixture and combine. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Place dish in the oven that has been preheated to the desired temperature, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges turn a light golden brown.
