Perfect pie crust for any shortbread recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups butter, softened
  • 0.625 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.625 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 4.5 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and flour in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix until the dough holds together. Press the dough into three 9-inch pie pans and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Bake until edges are lightly golden, about 15 minutes.
