Autumn-inspired slow cooker pulled pork with apple butter, apple cider vinegar, apples, and Dijon mustard.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup MUSSELMAN'S® Apple Butter
  • 0.25 cup MUSSELMAN'S® Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 medium apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 6 boneless pork chops
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, combine apple butter, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, whisking until well blended.
  • In the slow cooker, combine chopped apples, onions, and pork chops. Pour over the apple butter mixture.
  • Slow cook for 5 to 6 hours with the lid on. Shred the pork in the cooker using two forks, then allow the meat to sit in the sauce on low for 20 minutes without the lid. Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes.
