Shredded Potato Quiche

Delicious quiche with crispy potato crust, perfect for using leftovers and adding your favorite veggies!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 5 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1.5 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ham
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and give a gentle grease to a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Grease a pie plate and press the potatoes into it. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Combine beaten eggs, milk, cheese, ham, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Transfer the mixture into the pre-baked crust.
  • Bake until the center is set, about 20 minutes, with a golden-brown top and a clean knife test in the center.
