Delicious shrimp linguine in a rich garlic cream sauce with fresh herbs - perfect for family meals or entertaining!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds cooked fresh shrimp
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) package linguini pasta
Instructions:
  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a lively boil. Cook linguine until al dente, about 11 minutes.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sizzle butter until melted. Toss in garlic for a burst of flavor. Pour in cream and bring to a gentle boil, stirring often. Lower the heat, mix in shrimp, parsley, basil, and thyme. Cook until shrimp are just warmed through, then remove the sauce from the heat.
  • After draining the pasta, gently mix it with the creamy sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to your liking, toss until well combined, and serve.
