Quick and vibrant broccolini stir-fried with garlic and lemon juice. Ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet, simmer broccolini in 2 inches of water until bright green, for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain.
  • Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium heat, then sauté garlic until golden and fragrant for 1 to 2 minutes. Next, add broccolini and continue to cook and stir until heated through for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Drizzle broccoli with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper for a zesty kick.
