Cheesy baked cauliflower florets with Cheddar and heavy cream - a delicious low-carb side dish for keto diet.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 head cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Boil generously salted water, cook cauliflower until tender yet slightly firm, around 10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a small casserole dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together Cheddar cheese, cream, salt, and pepper. Pour the cheese mixture over the cauliflower.
  • Bake until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, approximately 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
