Juicy chicken with mayo, Parmesan, herbs, and bread crumbs - quick, easy, and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2.5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, or more to taste
  • 1.5 teaspoons herbes de Provence
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and lay the chicken breasts in a baking pan.
  • Combine the Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl until thoroughly mixed; spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts. Then coat with bread crumbs and sprinkle with herbes de Provence.
  • Roast in the oven until chicken breasts are cooked through and juices run clear, about 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when tested with a thermometer.
