Easy and delicious gluten-free apple crisp recipe. Perfect for a quick and healthy dessert option.
Ingredients:
  • 4 apples - peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Layer apple slices elegantly in a 9-inch round glass pie plate.
  • Combine oats, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.
  • Microwave the butter in brief 5-second intervals until melted, for approximately 20 seconds. Combine honey, melted butter, and oil with the oat mixture; sprinkle over the apples.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until beautifully golden for about 35 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack for around 45 minutes.
