Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds, or more to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
  • Combine ripe banana and ground flax seeds in a bowl. Mix in eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon until well blended.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Spoon small dollops of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear and edges are dry, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
