Decadent gluten-free brownies made with dark chocolate and almond flour for a rich and moist dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup ground almonds
  • 0.25 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1.5 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and elegantly line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs until smooth. Add ground almonds, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour the luscious batter into the awaiting baking dish with grace.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
