Tender grilled lamb chops marinated in garlic for a juicy and flavorful summer dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 (6 ounce) lamb chops
Instructions:
  • Combine onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large resealable bag. Add lamb, seal bag, and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Prepare the outdoor grill to reach medium-high heat.
  • Take the lamb out of the marinade while ensuring to keep any onions that are stuck to the meat. Discard the marinade and wrap the bone ends with aluminum foil to prevent them from burning.
  • Grill until perfectly done to your liking, around 3 minutes per side for medium. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for a minimum internal temperature of 130 degrees F (54 degrees C).
